All Anori orders are processed after payment confirmation. As our pieces are made-to-order, processing times apply, and delivery may vary depending on location and item availability.

We ship internationally.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, customs clearance, weather conditions, or peak seasons. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, Anori is not responsible for delays or damage beyond our control. However, we will assist with tracking inquiries whenever possible.

As each piece is made-to-order, shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary depending on destination.

Returns & Refunds:

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

  • The item received is defective

  • The item received is incorrect

Please note: For hygiene reasons, worn earrings are non-returnable, as they come into direct contact with the piercing, skin, oils, sweat, and bacteria.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order via email: contact@shopanori.com, including:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the defective/incorrect item

  • A brief description of the issue

Once acknowledged, return instructions will be provided privately via email. For privacy and security reasons, return addresses are shared only after approval.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be eligible for return or refund

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage after delivery are not eligible

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs will be covered by Anori only if the item is verified to be defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please note:

  • We do not offer item replacements. If you wish to receive a replacement item, a new order must be placed.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

  • We reserve the right to decline return requests that do not meet our policy conditions; each case is reviewed individually to ensure fairness and consistency.
