These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the website shopanori.com and any purchases made from ANORI. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you should not use this website. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.

ANORI offers curated statement earrings and jewelry pieces. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, product images are intended for illustrative and marketing purposes only. Actual colors, textures, and finishes may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, or production variations. Measurements may also vary slightly due to manual production processes. We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, pricing, and availability at any time without prior notice.

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website and may change without notice. We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, GCash, and any other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are securely processed through Shopify and our integrated payment providers. We do not store full credit card information on our servers.

Once an order has been placed and payment confirmed, it is considered final. Cancellations are not permitted as items are processed immediately upon confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, pricing errors, or inventory discrepancies. If we cancel an order after payment has been made, a full refund will be issued.

We ship internationally. Orders are processed within two to five business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Estimated delivery times are approximately seven to fourteen business days. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier operations, customs clearance, weather conditions, or peak seasons. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, ANORI is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage beyond our reasonable control. However, we will assist with tracking inquiries whenever possible. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns are accepted only in cases where the item received is defective or incorrect. Due to hygiene reasons, worn earrings are non-returnable, as they come into direct contact with the piercing and skin. Return requests must be submitted within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery by contacting contact@shopanori.com with the order number, clear photographs, and a description of the issue. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging. Returns sent without prior approval will not be eligible for refund. If a return is approved and verified as defective or incorrect, return shipping costs will be covered by ANORI. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take five to ten business days to appear, depending on the payment provider. We do not offer exchanges; if a replacement item is desired, a new order must be placed. We reserve the right to decline return requests that do not comply with our policy.

Our jewelry is designed for long-lasting wear. However, to preserve its condition, we recommend avoiding contact with water, perfume, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Natural variations in tone may occur over time depending on wear and exposure. ANORI is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use, negligence, accidental damage, or failure to follow care instructions.

All content on this website, including but not limited to product designs, images, logos, text, graphics, branding elements, and layout, is the intellectual property of ANORI and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ANORI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question. We reserve the right to investigate suspected fraudulent activity and to provide necessary order, shipping, and delivery documentation to payment processors and financial institutions in cases of chargebacks or disputes.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
