What payment methods do you accept?

What if an item is out of stock?
If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, you will be notified immediately and a full refund will be issued.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Restocks depend on availability. Follow us on Instagram @shopanori for updates.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
We do not offer Cash on Delivery for website purchases at this time.
Do you have store locations or other distribution partners?
ANORI products are available exclusively through our official e-commerce platform, shopanori.com. We do not operate physical stores or retail partners for the moment.
Do you accept resellers or wholesale orders?
We currently do not accept resellers or wholesale orders.
Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted only for valid reasons, such as defective or incorrect items. For hygiene reasons, worn earrings are non-returnable, as they come into direct contact with the piercing. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, cancellations are not allowed, as items are processed immediately after confirmation.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please place a new order.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship internationally.
How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and will be displayed before order confirmation.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
How long will delivery take?
As each piece is made to order, processing times apply. Estimated delivery is approximately 7–14 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, customs clearance, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

Our pieces are crafted using carefully selected materials, including gold-plated stainless steel, vermeil, and other high-quality metals. Material details are specified on each product page.
Are your pieces hypoallergenic and non-tarnish?
All our pieces are hypoallergenic and designed for long-lasting wear. However, natural variations in tone may occur over time depending on wear and exposure;. We recommend avoiding contact with water, perfume, and harsh chemicals to preserve your jewelry.
