Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:

The item received is defective

The item received is incorrect
For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn are non-returnable. As earrings come into direct contact with the piercing, skin, oils, sweat, and bacteria, we cannot accept returns once they have been tried on or used.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, return instructions will be provided via email. For privacy and security reasons, our return address is shared only after approval.
Return Conditions

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging

Returns sent without prior approval will not be eligible for a refund

Items showing signs of wear or damage after delivery are not eligible for return
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs will be covered by ANORI only if the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note:

We do not offer direct replacements. If you would like a replacement item, a new order must be placed.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
We reserve the right to decline any return request that does not meet the conditions outlined above. Each case is reviewed individually to ensure fairness and consistency.
